While each class cohort is different, you can expect students to bring cross-functional skills in strategy, marketing, finance, data analytics and innovation to help you define a problem, explore solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Each team manages their own project workflow: conducting research, engaging with stakeholders, and holding virtual check-ins throughout the semester, managing the project timeline, and delivering results. At the end of the project, you’ll receive clear deliverables, data-informed insights, and practical recommendations tailored to your goals.
From evaluating growth strategies to streamlining internal operations, these students are ready to dig in and offer fresh, research-backed perspectives, all while gaining real-world consulting experience under faculty guidance.
What students can do:
- Define and scope a business challenge
- Conduct customer discovery and competitor research
- Evaluate marketing or go-to-market strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or resource optimization

Students
Outcomes and deliverables are negotiable based on the project, but student teams will provide:
- A formal client presentation summarizing key findings and next steps from three selected teams.
- Client analysis and recommendations from all student teams
- Any data analysis or supporting material used in developing the key findings, recommendations
- Unique perspectives on your business issue
