The goal is to establish a baseline for employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The project involves selecting a reliable research-based satisfaction survey, with a recommendation to use the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short form. Students will be responsible for setting up and implementing the survey, analyzing the collected data, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture. This project offers students a practical opportunity to apply their knowledge of survey design, data analysis, and organizational behavior in a real-world setting.
