After consultation and guidance from the company who will lay out the project parameters-

1. Design high temperature reactor for the manufacturing of activated carbon derived from biomass using Solidworks design software.

2. Design support systems for above mentioned reactor such as infeed, discharge, cooling, insulation, select sensors.

3 Select and recommend the appropriate materials for the application areas within the machine.


Deliverable: Present a design with multi view drawings of the reactor and associated systems, present a final engineering report with material recommendations, engineering calculations for heat, pressure, cooling, abrasion resistance, weight, electrical loads.
