The goal of this project is to build a marketing strategy for DFEnergy, the ultimate healthy energy shot, as the preferred energy drink for athletes, targeting both amateur and professional male and female athletes of all ages. The strategy should aim to increase brand awareness, drive product trial, and establish long-term brand loyalty.


Deliverables

To achieve the project goal, students should complete the following tasks:


- Research the target market and develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and preferences of the target audience.


- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes a mix of digital and traditional marketing tactics.


- Create a detailed marketing plan that outlines the objectives, strategies, tactics, timeline, budget, and key performance indicators.


- Develop a creative brief for the design of marketing materials and campaigns.


- Create a comprehensive report outlining the results of the marketing strategy and plan.


Mentorship

Provide Comprehensive Information:

  • Share detailed information about DFEnergy, including its formulation, benefits, and market positioning.
  • Offer insights into the company's mission, vision, and values.

Engage with Students:

  • Participate in sessions or webinars where students can interact with key stakeholders within DansFarmaRoot.
  • Be available for Q&A sessions to address students' queries and provide real-world perspectives.

Data Sharing:

  • Share relevant data related to past financial performance, market research, and sales projections.
  • Provide access to any existing reports or studies that can aid students in their analysis.

Access to Decision-Makers:

  • Arrange virtual or in-person meetings with decision-makers within DansFarmaRoot.
  • Allow students to interview key personnel for a deeper understanding of the company's goals.

Collaboration on Legal and Regulatory Aspects:

  • Facilitate discussions with the legal team to ensure students have a clear understanding of legal and regulatory considerations.
  • Provide guidance on navigating intellectual property issues.

Branding Support:

  • Share branding guidelines and materials that students can use for creating marketing and branding strategies.
