Digital Bargain Inc. seeks to expand its market presence of DBargain, an app designed to boost sales and conversions for Shopify and customized e-commerce stores by offering buyers price negotiation. The project aims to support the company's sales goals by validating existing market research, identifying ideal customer segments, and executing creative outreach strategies. Students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in market analysis and sales. The project will involve tasks such as analyzing previous market data, segmenting potential customers, and executing targeted outreach. This project is ideal for students with an entrepreneurial mindset and sales skills, providing them with a practical experience in sales and marketing within the e-commerce sector.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will be to close sales of DBragian App, include, a detailed profile of ideal customer segments, and a creative outreach strategy tailored to these segments and provide proof of successful sales using these startegy. Additionally, students will present a strategic plan for promoting and selling the D-Bargain app to e-commerce businesses. The deliverables should demonstrate a clear understanding of market dynamics and effective sales techniques including objection handling.
