interactive design advocacy information structure payment processing online store revenue stream web developmentThe World Vitiligo Day campaign requires a modern, user-friendly website to enhance its global awareness efforts. The current site, https://25june.org/, is outdated and lacks essential interactive features. The goal is to create a fresh, engaging platform that effectively communicates the campaign's message and facilitates user interaction. The new website should include a shared calendar for events, intake forms for participant engagement, donation options to support the cause, and an online store for merchandise. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their web development skills, focusing on user experience and interactive design, to support a significant dermatological awareness initiative.
The deliverables for this project include a fully functional, redesigned website for the World Vitiligo Day campaign, including:
- Standardized Pages such as About, News, Media, Legal, FAQ, Sponsors, and Contacts, to provide a cohesive and accessible information structure.
- Interactive Calendar for upcoming events, allowing e.g support groups to submit and showcase their events.
- Participant Intake Forms to facilitate volunteer engagement, gather feedback, and build the supporter base.
- Donation Options to streamline contributions, with secure payment options to support the cause (integrate existing payment processor).
- Downloadable Resources (e.g., logo, Q&A, sample documents) to equip advocates and participants with campaign materials.
- Visual Campaign Timeline to document the campaign’s history, achievements, and future goals interactively.
- (Optional) Online Store to sell branded merchandise, providing a revenue stream and promotional opportunity.
This website (https://www.salesforce.com/agentforce/) can be used as a visual reference, especially tabulated scroll, but not necessarily every option available there.
