Data feedback Automation System for Manufacturing Line

What is the main goal for this project? Design and implement a data feedback color management automation system to streamline a small manufacturing process, improving efficiency and color consistency. PLC Code written and tested to take optical color data and use it to adjust material feed in order to adjust color output of the final product.

Mechanical design

Our company produces sustainable CMU alternatives using a proprietary recycled plastic aggregate composite. We have developed proprietary equipment to manufacture these products. We are refining our equipment designs and commercializing the technology. We would like to collaborate with students to refine mechanical designs This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, products and services. Creating drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD). Updating prototypes based on feedback and design decisions. Documenting details about design components. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing new design ideas for future prototyping.
