Details

Further Together is seeking to enhance its outreach strategy by identifying and pre-qualifying 200 ideal clients whose needs align with the company's services. The goal of this project is to conduct thorough research to compile a list of potential clients who are most likely to benefit from Further Together's offerings. This involves analyzing market trends, understanding client needs, and ensuring that the selected clients meet specific pre-qualification criteria. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their research and analytical skills, as well as their understanding of market dynamics, to a real-world business scenario. The tasks are closely related and can be completed by a team of learners from a business or marketing program.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report detailing the research methodology, findings, and a list of 200 pre-qualified potential clients. Additionally, the report should include a summary of the criteria used for pre-qualification and any relevant insights into client needs and market trends. The final deliverable should be well-organized and clearly presented, providing actionable insights for Further Together's outreach strategy.
