Working with my UVA Riipen interns was nothing short of transformative. From day one, they showed up with commitment, energy, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get it done — in every way and form. Each of them brought unique strengths in their respective disciplines, and together they helped elevate my business to the next level. We collaborated through ambiguity, worked across time zones and deadlines, and stayed focused on real impact. Thank you all for bearing with me through the chaos — we did what we had to do, and we made it count. Proud of what we accomplished, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

It was a pleasure working with the team from TSG 6! Everyone brought such positive energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to the project. We especially appreciated the quality of the deliverables—particularly the breakdown of email marketing strategies by tier and organizational role, which showed a strong understanding of relational dynamics within SaaS onboarding. While there were a few minor hiccups with scheduling and aligning with milestones, the team stayed engaged and committed to meeting a high standard of quality. Overall, it was a valuable and collaborative experience, and we're excited to apply many of the insights shared.
