I also designed and edited product photos using Canva to create a polished and consistent look across platforms. In this role, I analyzed store performance, adapted strategies to improve engagement, and contributed to a stronger digital presence that helped attract more customers and increase conversions.

As a result, this experience helped me to build insight into audience behavior and how to tailor events in the interest of the audience to maximize participation and organization.

I oversaw the planning, creation, and execution of digital campaigns across different social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and promoted community events and initiatives. With this role, I had the responsibility to manage content calendars, design posters and other graphics on Canva, and edit short-form videos on Cap Cut. I played a key role in boosting online visibility to helping to increase participation through an increased number of attendees and adapting strategies to improve outreach. Ensuring that event messaging was clear, engaging and concise, and met the standards of my team.
