Support business development, project management, and financial administration activities for Siraj Institute Lead outreach and engagement initiatives with corporate partners, government stakeholders, and community organizations to foster partnerships and business growth. Utilize project management tools, templates, and databases to enhance operational efficiency and track marketing, financial, and account management tasks. Assist in strengthening Siraj's mission by supporting socially-conscious projects, focusing on community impact, diversity, and inclusion.

Cultural Cafe Transformation

The Siraj Institute aims to transform its existing bookstore into a vibrant cultural cafe that serves as a community hub for students and locals. The goal is to create a welcoming space that combines the love of books with a rich cultural experience, offering a variety of activities such as book readings, cultural events, and art exhibitions. The project will involve redesigning the interior layout to accommodate a cafe area, selecting appropriate decor that reflects diverse cultures, and planning a menu that includes culturally inspired beverages and snacks. The team will also develop a marketing strategy to promote the new cultural cafe to the community. Establish efficient administrative processes to manage financial tracking, communication, meetings, and data monitoring for the refugee program. Ensure timely and professional execution of key tasks, including issuing charitable receipts, handling stakeholder correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting project management team needs. Maintain accurate documentation and monitoring systems for refugee program data in Smart sheets and Google Docs.
